The impacts of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) are being felt by all of us and appropriate measures are required. Interflex is monitoring the developments of this special situation and taking all necessary steps.
We want to protect our employees, ensure the productivity of the company and offer our customers all services in the best possible way and at the usual quality.
Our crisis team has taken appropriate measures and made adjustments for the current situation:
- Travel activities: We have greatly reduced our travel activities and the majority of Interflex employees are now working from home. All customer visits and business trips in Germany and abroad are currently restricted to a minimum and only take place if they are indispensable for business activities. This measure for the reduced travel activity is valid until at least June 2020.
- Conferences & meetings: No external meetings and conferences are currently taking place. At the moment, you can reach us by telephone, email and video conference.
- Visitor management: Visits from external intercontinental customers, suppliers and consultants are severely restricted. In this case, contact is also mainly by telephone, email and video conference. However, the following procedure applies if visitors are still received personally at an Interflex site: Even before the visit date, the visitor will receive the information sheet “COVID-19: Checklist for Business Meetings at Interflex” by email from his contact at Interflex. In this information sheet, the visitor is asked to provide various information regarding the coronavirus situation. This information serves to protect everyone involved.
- Availability: Our production currently has sufficient material and production parts available so that there are no availability restrictions. If this situation changes and there will be a delay in delivery, we will inform you again.
- Availability of service technicians: Interflex service technicians will continue to process your service orders remotely or on-site.

Our head office in Stuttgart is manned daily from 08:00 am - 05:00 pm and Fridays from 08:00 am - 04:00 pm.
