Cross-System Operation - The Security Manager

Security systems often consist of many components, each with their own protocols and standards. With the Security Manager, you can bundle, operate, control and monitor all of your sub-systems from a central location.

Security equipment (terminals, door contacts, danger detectors) installed on site is linked to and reflected in the floor plans of indoor and outdoor areas. Certain incidents, such as the breaking of glass, smoke emission or the breakdown of a terminal, activate an alarm.

Recommended counter measures and automatic actions, e.g. notifying the plant's fire department or activating cameras, supports security personnel in stressful situations.

Selected Features :

  • Connection of various subsystems (access control, surveillance cameras, intrusion alarms / fire detection systems, CCTV cameras, or central building control systems)
  • Integration of arbitrary graphics, floor and site plans
  • Indication of alarm and status messages in the form of lists or directly in the
    floor plan
  • Definition of security zones within the floor plan
  • Insertion of connected subsystem icons (terminals, contacts, etc.) into the floor plan via drag & drop
  • Execution of actions and terminal control via buttons and function icons (block terminal, switch camera on / off, etc.) in the floor plan
  • Support by means of automatically suggested counter measures
  • Capturing of image sequences / single images via a surveillance camera (automatically in case of an alarm or interactive)
  • Comprehensive archiving of all events, measures and actions
  • Various options for archive evaluation with individual designs
  • Multi-user capability: Unprocessed alarms are automatically forwarded e.g. after a specified period
  • Connection of autonomous network camera systems with access to image archive
  • Independent operation without IF-6020-Security possible due to separate data management
